Delivery & Returns
Thank you for your order — here's everything you need to know.
UK Delivery
Orders over £85 qualify for free Royal Mail Tracked 48 delivery. For orders under £85, standard delivery is £4.95 via Royal Mail Tracked 48, or £6.95 if you'd prefer Royal Mail Tracked 24.
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive your tracking number by email — use this on the Royal Mail website for live updates. Most orders arrive within 3–5 working days, though occasional delays beyond our control (such as strikes or severe weather) may affect this. Please note we are unable to accept liability where delivery has been attempted and no one was available to receive the parcel.
International Delivery
Europe — £13.95 via Royal Mail tracked. Please allow 3–5 business days.
Rest of World — £24.95 via Royal Mail tracked. Please allow 6–7 business days.
Orders delivered outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are beyond our control. We'd recommend contacting your local customs office for guidance before placing your order.
Returns & Refunds
We hope you love your chär-kōl piece, but if something isn't right, we're here to help.
To make a return, email us at zlp03@yahoo.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, with tags attached and in their original packaging. Once received and inspected, a full refund will be processed within 14 days and you'll be notified by email. If you'd prefer an exchange, just let us know.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please send items to the address below, including a note with your name and reason for return.
