Refund policy

I always hope you are delighted with your purchase, however if you wish to return an item for an exchange or refund here is what you need to do…

1. All items must be unworn with the tags attached and sent back in the original packaging within 14 days. ( Due to hygiene reasons earrings are non returnable)

2. When I receive your items back they will be inspected and where the item complies with the above a full refund will be given within 14 days and you will be notified by email. Or if you'd like to exchange your item or receive a gift card instead please send me an email.

3. You will be responsible for paying your own postage costs when returning an item. Please send it to the below address, including a note with your name on and reason for returning…
